Born and raised in Baltimore, Candice Banks has been at the heart of Charm City Builders since the beginning. As General Manager, she blends creative vision with operational leadership, shaping both the look of CCB renovations and the systems behind the scenes.

Candice leads design, accounting, and administrative strategy, helping the team move quickly on opportunities and maintain a high standard across every project. A true visionary and team builder, she sees Charm City Builders as more than a business — it’s a family, with a culture rooted in collaboration and purpose.

When she’s not working with Tyler to grow the company, Candice is all about family time, cheering on her two sons, Hudson and Jackson, at the ballfield, rooting for the Orioles, and spending time with her dog.
