Born and raised in Howard County, Maryland, Brian Fitzpatrick brings grit, heart, and real-life experience to his role at Charm City Builders. His path hasn’t followed a traditional route, but through determination, faith, and a passion for helping people, Brian has built a career focused on service, trust, and community connection.
Outside of work, Brian is a proud girl dad to Ava and Bailey, happiest when he’s with them at the beach or strolling the boardwalk for one more ride. He’s also an animal lover, often found walking his dog Titan (with his cat Rodger close behind), or spending quiet time outdoors. Faith and family are at the center of everything he does — and that shines through in how he shows up for clients, every single day.
