Beth Pardoe

Since 2021, Beth Pardoe has served as Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO Tyler Banks — helping keep the Charm City Builders team focused, efficient, and moving forward. With years of experience supporting leaders in both private businesses and nonprofit organizations, Beth is the kind of steady presence every great team relies on.

A lifelong Marylander, Beth has spent her career supporting mission-driven work — from managing offices for local fire unions to coordinating professional medical associations. She’s also been deeply active in her church for many years and has participated in multiple missions trips to Ecuador. Faith and family are the cornerstones of her life.

Beth and her husband Ken have been married for 49 years and have three children and four grandchildren. When she’s not working or traveling, you’ll find her spending time with her grandkids — proudly known as “Grammy” — and making meaningful memories close to home.
