Just let you all be aware of this company! This company is the most honest and customer oriented business I have ever worked with! I have been in Contact With Chad M. He is a real estate specialist with Charm city Charm city and my family have been working on a quick sale of my town home in Pasadena, MD. We were looking for a new home in Sc and found it on our first home shopping spree in June Chad told us that his boss will work with us considering this is an out of state buy. They were there answering questions from buying and selling homes. They are very knowledgeable about this experience. Once we got to our closing of our newly built home in Sc they made all the arrangements with their lawyer and accountants. All we had to do was make the arrangement of the signing date and time. A Notary came to our house and the sale of our house was done in less then 24 hours. We had money in our account and the closing of our new home is just around the corner. Just another thing abouf this sale, we asked to stay in our sorry Charm cities' home until our closing and moving was completed. They agreed to let us stay for a great price. Not only are they fair and customer based they are there for our Veterans! You can't beat this company! I will trust and depend on their service and tell that to anyone who may ask! So I was in need of a home. I reached out to the owner Tyler Banks. He was incredibly curtiouse and prompt. He does a lot larger projects but took the time to help me find a place... His team came along and started helping as well! Bennet was one of the gentlemen who helped me get the entire house ready to move into. Had extremely professional handymen who assisted in getting my water turned on and adding some perfect finishing touches. I have and amazing home now thanks to these guys. I cannot stress of overwhelming moving can be but these guys jumped through hoops for me! I was blown away by their professionalism and kindness. I'll use charm city EVERY SINGLE TIME as I move forward in living in Maryland. Literally 10 out of 10 stars. These guys are the absolute best !!! Ty Tyler, Bennett and the rest of the team!! Charm City Builders to sell a home. They made the experience smooth and easy. A team (Chad) came out made an offer. We settled on a fair price. He got the title people to come 30 days later after I empty the house with what we wanted. Made it easy on my parents to sign the papers and get their money. All and all a good experience.

Our family worked with Charm City Builders to sell a home of one of our siblings. The transaction went very smoothly and efficiently. One of the team (Chad) came out and did an initial assessment of the property and provided an offer within 24 hours. We were able to agree on a sale price and closing date that met our needs. Chad was available to answer any and all questions from initial assessment up until closing. They were also able to have the title company come to our sibling's property to do the closing. The sale was handled very efficiently and professionally. Yes, we would recommend Charm City Builders!
