I wasn’t a distressed seller per se when I got a job out of state, but honestly my townhome needed work before I could sell or rent. Also, I was ready to begin my new life. I filled out the form, got a call from Chad Meusel to schedule the viewing. Got an offer on the spot and I requested to close in two weeks so I could be done with this transaction before my first day at my new job. Chad warned me that the closing may not happen due to how quickly the county could complete the requirements to close. Guess what? This process was remarkable. Chad Meusel was outstanding from the start. After the death of our mother, it was a difficult time for my sister and I to know what to do with her house. Charm City Builders was recommended by a neighbor of my sister. Everything from that point on went exactly as we were told it would go. The hardest thing is letting go, but this experience was one we agree was handled with honesty, patience and total understanding of our situation. We cannot say enough good things about Chad.
