Charm City Builders at Towson University’s Military Appreciation Game

Charm City Builders had the honor and privilege to support Towson University Football’s Military Appreciation Game on Saturday, November 13^th, 2021. Despite the gloomy and cold weather, it was an incredible day! CCB set up on the track surrounding the field for everyone to come get their Military Appreciation Rally Towels and say hi to the crew. Baltimore Ravens football star Patrick Ricard also came out on behalf of CCB for a special meet and greet with fans, adding to the overall success of the day. To top things off, Towson Football was able to secure a 23-6 win against Elon University!

Alongside Charm City Builders, Towson hosted numerous military representatives from Baltimore Station, Maryland National Guard, the Maryland 9/11 Rolling Memorial and the Veteran Housing Organization. CCB has a strong tie to supporting the U.S. Military, making our involvement in this game extremely special. With CCB Founder and CEO, Tyler Banks being a veteran of The United States Marine Corps, our connection to this game ties directly to the foundation and beliefs of CCB.

There’s not a lot of companies out here today that do what they say and when I met Tyler and Joe from Charm City Builders The stress of the estate sale was over. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do, and went above and beyond on certain things. I dealt with this company last year. I has a young man come out to my home and look at it. I explained that I did do several renovations including installing central air, a new backyard shed, and new windows. But this company made me an offer that was a total joke. I spoke to another home owner and he told me the exact same thing that they want you to give them your house for nothing! He said he would fix up his house himself and sell it . That is his advise but I didn't have the money to fix up my home so I had to sold it as it was. I do not recommend homeowners use this company to sell your house you are better off using a realtor. Please stay away from them!

A little slow on Offers but good service response otherwise!

Bought a house from this company and a few years later the stucco is falling off the side of the house. I had several companies come out and they said stucco should last 40 to 50 years but that Charm City Builders installed it completely wrong. I spoke with Charm City Builders and they told me that they refuse to do anything about it or even come and look. They also cut corners on their drywall inside. They don't pay for screws to hold drywall up but cheap nails which are sticking out and popping in nearly every room of the house. This company cuts corners everywhere they can, they're too big to do quality work and too big to care. Now I'm stuck with a bill for new stucco at over $10k when we paid a premium for this house a few years ago. Run!
