I’m a cynic about everything, especially when something appears to be too good to be true. I wasn’t a distressed seller per se when I got a job out of state, but honestly my townhome needed work before I could sell or rent. Also, I was ready to begin my new life. I filled out the form, got a call from Chad Meusel to schedule the viewing. Got an offer on the spot and I requested to close in two weeks so I could be done with this transaction before my first day at my new job. Chad warned me that the closing may not happen due to how quickly the county could complete the requirements to close. Guess what? Terrible! I lowered price for them to pack n move me due to disability. They didn’t send me 1/4 of my furniture and rugs and lord knows what else. Be careful!! So upsetting. All I got was I’m sorry

Two days ago,Tyler, the owner of the business and his team saw me and my family as people with an emotional attachment to our parents home of 49 years, finalized the sale of our parents and family home. With empathy and humble grace, they gave us an absolute great offer and was patient with us as we worked together throughout the process. I know it needed work and he said they would take care of everything. We signed the contract for a good price considering the condition, and closed two weeks later. There’s not a lot of companies out here today that do what they say and when I met Tyler and Joe from Charm City Builders The stress of the estate sale was over. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do, and went above and beyond on certain things. The house that we were selling was in the family for over 35 years a lot of memories, lotta good times, and the fact that they respected that and understood what it meant to us was unbelievable! Just sold my mother in law’s house to charm city builders. Had a great experience with them. Other investors were making insulting lowball offers. Tyler came out and met my husband and I personally. The house was so old and overwhelming, and Tyler was so compassionate and understanding. Made us the best reasonable offer. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
Gave me a real low ball cash offer of$140000 saying there was only a little wiggle room for negotiation. They eventually went up to $165000. That does not sound like a little wiggle room. I decided to list with an agent and closed for 210000 cash offer. Do your homework beforehand.

The removal of any items or trash saved me $1,000's of dollars, because after being in my home for 19 years I had alot of stuff. I didn't have to sift through my unwanted trash to see what I couldn't put in my residential trash removal.

I dealt with this company last year. I has a young man come out to my home and look at it. I explained that I did do several renovations including installing central air, a new backyard shed, and new windows. But this company made me an offer that was a total joke. I spoke to another home owner and he told me the exact same thing that they want you to give them your house for nothing! He said he would fix up his house himself and sell it . That is his advise but I didn't have the money to fix up my home so I had to sold it as it was. I do not recommend homeowners use this company to sell your house you are better off using a realtor. Please stay away from them!
