Two days ago,Tyler, the owner of the business and his team saw me and my family as people with an emotional attachment to our parents home of 49 years, finalized the sale of our parents and family home. With empathy and humble grace, they gave us an absolute great offer and was patient with us as we worked together throughout the process. There’s not a lot of companies out here today that do what they say and when I met Tyler and Joe from Charm City Builders The stress of the estate sale was over. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do, and went above and beyond on certain things. The house that we were selling was in the family for over 35 years a lot of memories, lotta good times, and the fact that they respected that and understood what it meant to us was unbelievable! I dealt with this company last year. I has a young man come out to my home and look at it. I explained that I did do several renovations including installing central air, a new backyard shed, and new windows. But this company made me an offer that was a total joke. I spoke to another home owner and he told me the exact same thing that they want you to give them your house for nothing! He said he would fix up his house himself and sell it . That is his advise but I didn't have the money to fix up my home so I had to sold it as it was. I do not recommend homeowners use this company to sell your house you are better off using a realtor. Please stay away from them!
