At Charm City Builders, every project is unique.

Our restoration projects aim to honor the history of each property, enhance the area surrounding it and provide a wonderful space for the residents or workers at the location.

Our years of experience allows us to showcase our craftsmanship and skill on every project, and we incorporate both time-tested techniques and modern design elements for a beautiful finished product.

Completed Restoration Projects

231 Chancery Road

6 bedroom | 4.5 bath

This 6 bedroom and 4.5 bath spacious four-level home was carefully revived by Charm City Builders. We sought to highlight original details while still updating the property for a modern resident. This 3,700+ square foot historic home was designed by William Lamdin and built in 1920. We renovated the all-brick Georgian style home with new amenities and restored its original charm. The grand foyer, original winding staircase with chandelier, arched windows and doorways, high ceilings, butler staircase, details in the woodwork and accents like the door knobs will make you feel like you stepped into the 1920s.

443 Kent Avenue

4 bedroom | 2.5 bath

For this project, Charm City Builders headed out of the city and into the nearby suburb of Catonsville. 443 Kent was a new construction, detached, craftsman-style home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and the option for a finished basement with extra bed and bath, a media room and a wet bar. This home was completed with gorgeous flooring and tilework, ceiling architecture details and a spacious floor plan. We bring the same care and attention to detail to every new construction that we do every restoration.
